I purchased this item in part to see the reaction of my teenage son. What I originally thought would be a “daddy” toy to my surprise was taken over by my 15 year old son. Once I started assembling the track he took over and is still playing with “Dads” toy. Easy assembly. Sounds great. Larger than I expected even the smoke feature works very well. Gotta go my son wants to try a different track design.

A large train set with a remote that is easy to use and has a train horn noise, and controls the steam from the top and bottom of the engine train. The train cars have lights and look really nice, the coal car is used as a battery holder. The tracks are easy to put together, and have switches to change tracks. Can make an oval with a figure eight, or just an oval, or just a circle.

My kid is obsessed with trains since he was like 2 yrs old. he had a steam train before, but it was only the train car on its own, nothing compared to a complete set like this. I think this is a great addition to his set of toys away from screens.

The train is built well and works good, it just takes a little bump and it comes off track, I guess it's ok if you go slow and don't touch it, definitely not good for a autistic kid

I can't get the track to stay together. 2 times around and somewhere a piece of track is coming undone. It's set up on the level tile floor. Pieces are snapped together. This thing is fragile

Bought for a Christmas gift and although we bought it earlier the part that holds the batteries is missing. Won't give us the missing part, replace or refund the item.
