This cleaner is a great product! I was able to clean hardened food bits off the oven door and stove without using harsh chemicals. I feel like my floors are cleaner and I like that it comes with different attachments. I also feel safe using the steam, this is a great purchase.

Very useful steam cleaner with great price. For comparison, this steam cleaner is lighter than the other one that I had. Much easier to use and works out great to remove water stains in bathroom, shower room and even water faucet. With the high temperature steam, it soft down the burning stains on stove top as well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the item!!

Really convenient for cleaning stove grease as a replacement for chemical cleaners. I hate that smelling! Works well on hard-to-reach gaps and is easy to use .

The item came very quickly and I tried it to clean the grout in the bathroom. To my surprise, it did a very nice job and all the black mold was disappearing. The product is easy to operate and price is also good.

I love this steamer. My only complaint is having to hold the button down the whole time. The tank is also small so it takes time to refill since you need it to cool down. You can see the difference in the grout I cleaned.

There isn't an on/off switch, once you plug it in, it's on %26 there is an indicator light that it is on. The light, however, turns off when the steam is ready. The instructions manual needs to be updated and edited better. It's not the best product on the market, but it will do.

i thought this would be the next great thing in my cleaning arsenal, but it didnt really clean anything that great. also the instructions were not great either. no description on each attachment and what to clean with each. im going to look somewhere else for a steam cleaner...

looks like used before or opened. Not functioning as It should and hard to use.

I read and followed the instruction manual prior to use and never got any steam out of the steamer. I thought that it was me, so I had my husband try to get it to work and he was not able to either. I am going to have to throw this away without ever getting to use it. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and have regrets. Major mistakes were made when I bought this steamer.
