I have bought several bottles of the original sofrito. It’s really upgraded the favor of our vegan food tremendously. Que rico! We just finished the first bottle of the garlic sofrito and also loved that. Haven’t tried the third yet, but I’m pretty confident that we will love that too.

The Sofrito Rojo is a revelation! I know it's latin roots, but it could simply substitute for tomato sauce on pasta, and tastes brighter and more savory than standard tomato sauce. Or one can combine to make the Rojo go further. The Recaito? Bright, herby, can punch up pesto, marinate chicken or herbify a vinaigrette; really great! True cross-over products. I don't think there is anything out there like these three sofritos.

I just want to say that these products are so good im from El salvador living in California I’m a Latina and I love the flavor that taste I just make a ropa vieja and it was so delicious and I can wait to do more recipes so please share some recipes for us

The recaito took me back when mom was alive. She made the best chicken soup with spanish herbs and spices. I will be re-orderding the recaito soon. When will the recaito be in the markets? I have a Wegmans near me and I buy the adobo and sazon. :)

I had to substitute the Sofrito because you stopped selling the green Luisa Sofrito, which is the better tasting one the one that I prefer you're selling them in bulk now and I cannot afford that. I wish you would bring back the single green Sofrito.
