we love this little fan. My son has the smallest bedroom in the house and this fan is perfect for his room. We did not hard wire the fan because when my other son leaves for the military he will be taking his bedroom. Then we will hard wire it. my husband said it looks really easy to do we will definitely buy a couple more of these fans for our hallway and my husband's shed. this isn't one of those cheap plastic fans. it's made of metal.

This 10 inch metal fan is quiet, has 6 speeds and is well made. It can be wall or ceiling mounted, and comes with the option to be powered through an electrical junction box or plugged in to a wall outlet. I needed a fan in my kitchen that would be out of the way and could be turned to push air in different directions. I don't like floor fans because they are always in the way, and ceiling fans are not an option because our ceiling is too low. This small fan is perfect for small spaces, low ceilings or if you need extra air. I did the wall install and used the provided long extension cord to plug in to an electrical outlet. The fan is controlled by a remote control and there is a remote control wall plate so you don't misplace it. They also include the 2 AAA batteries for the remote. It took me about 2 hours to install it and the instructions are pretty good but there are some things that are not explained in detail but the pictures help and this fan is not difficult to install. I have no electrical training but I was able to do it by just reading the instructions carefully and studying their pictures. If you have a small kitchen and live in a hot area this fan is must for you.

It feels very heavy, the materials look of good quality, it comes disassembled, you have to assemble it at home, which for me is complicated.

Got this for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review, and Thankfully I did . First off after unpacking the entire box , instead of what I thought I was getting I received a box of parts ! There's Nothing about this fan that I enjoy, and "None " of the Holes line up , there's Zero way to attempt to assemble this . The holes Just don't line up,looks like this was manufactured by blind people. Very disappointed And I would definitely Not recommend.
