I bought one a week ago. Wanted to make sure it works before Xmas morning. The claw wouldn’t move but the music worked. I saw that there was still on at a store near me so I bought it but my order got cancelled, Walmart offered me one day delivery which I chose but that got put on hold for three days and now it won’t be here until after Christmas. Remember to check your toys before Christmas.

This thing is awful. It's definitely not worth buying. Save your money. Also stay away from 'the claw' or any other claw machines that are small. They are all the same. They do not work. I'm guessing it's the length of the machine which prevents it from working properly. My daughter was not happy for this machine. And the toys are dumb.

Doesn’t work well. My daughter opened it put new batteries and tried to move the claw, it moved once and then couldn’t move again. We can hear the motor making noise but the claw doesn’t move and it makes a loud clicking sound like it’s stuck. My husband opened it in an attempt to fix it and couldn’t find what the problem was. But it’s still doing it, so I just think that it’s poorly manufactured.

My kids loved this, until it stopped working. I thought maybe the batteries died so we replaced them with brand new batters and it worked for a split second then nothing. Don’t waste your money on this.

Brought this item for my daughter for Christmas and she decided to open this item on 12/28 and she was so disappointed because we put in new name brand down to the cheaper batteries and got the same result. No music or movement just dim lights.

Bought as a girt and want to make sure to get the correct batteries. The listing completely lacks any kind or notation as to which size. Very. Very annoying. I hope walmart takes this listing down until the item specifics can be fixed.

this broke the 2nd day they used , it wouldnt move side to side anymore

Only had this for 4 days before it stopped working. The claw stopped going up and down.
