Doll arrived earlier than expected which is great. She's very detailed has an intricate box that even plays music and a good amount of accessories. The issue is quality control. The click knees are stiff and the bra is missing the white stitching. The leggings are also a bit too small. The bangs are also all yellow when there's supposed to be some black in there.

After receiving this product and opening it to check to ensure all components were there, I thought this was the cutest thing my granddaughter could ask for Christmas. It was well worth the money and it came with quite a few things that I didn't expect to be in the box.

Awesome fun doll, lots of cute retro accessories. The headphones won't stay on her ears though, but could probably be easily fixed if you're just going to display her. Her 80's design is so authentic and well designed. 3rd party vendor was super slow and could have packed better but no serious problems.

LOL OMGs are made with such attention to detail. And the hair is of the best quality I think I've ever seen- seriously. I've been a doll collector and customizer for decades and I LOVE this series! The ONLY thing that would make these dolls better would be articulated knees. But no need to quibble- they're excellent dolls.

Purchased for my daughters birthday shes 7. We we very excited with packaging but when she opened the box she was quickly underwhelmed because of outfit doll came in, I was also taken back with the Madonna 80s look of a bra and biker shorts. My daughter liked her much better when she unveiled the velour outfit. The surprises on are very cute

The LOL doll was received just as described online. Super fast shipping too. I rated 3 stars because of the packaging for shipping. Please see my attached photos! I have always received my items boxed or in an envelope or something!! This was awful!! It's a Christmas present AND it was raining. My item was in a Wal-Mart shopping bag like you get at the store! No hiding that from the kids and luckily I was home or it would have been ruined from the rain. Not good Wal-Mart!!
