LOL Surprise OMG Winter Chill Big Wig Fashion Doll & Madame Queen Doll With 25 Surprises

The Big Wig lol omg doll was very pretty. Her hair was so stylish and was not hard with product in it. Her outfit was very well made and even had a working button. Her accessories were very well thought out, such as the laptop. My only complaint was the little bit of fallout of glitter from Madona Queen.

My favorite doll out of the Winter Chill❄️ Collection! She's just so cute and the outfit is gorgeous. Bought Winter Chill doll set for Christmas for my 4 year old... She's obsessed with LOL and I know she's gonna love them... I'm a big fan of the dolls my self, wish these were around when I was a kid. I love the way they're made, you get a bunch of accessories, and they are oh so fashionable!

My granddaughter is 4 and she loved it .. it brings a few nice accessories . It was a prompt delivery and decent price

She came In great condition with no marks on her face or body which Is great considering I had previously ordered her from amazon and she had marks on her. I gave 4 stars though because even though her body Is great and her clothes, accessories and other parts are great her hair Is somewhat messy and her ponytail Is a bit lopsided so I will be washing her hair and attempting to redo the hairstyle myself. Since Im doing this review I wanted to mention I do think there needs to be better quality control when It comes to LOL OMG dolls especially with their hair as I've had several with bad bald spots/not enough hair, and I have had some arrive with marks so I hope going forward with new lines when these dolls are being made that they have a full head of hair with no bald spots and no marks anywhere on their face or body (especially the marks that are embedded Into the dolls body and can't be removed). Thankfully I didn't have those Issues with my purchase of big wig so I am happy about that!

the doll was great but the hair was messy and in the back there is a small part of her hair that wasn't done right,

You sent the wrong doll and still haven't sent me a return label for it. it was what my granddaughter wanted most for her birthday. it was so disappointing. Please email me the return label right away!
