L.O.L. Surprise! Princess Tots

This one was fun to make with my daughter! The way you make her skirt with the mixture is really cool!

My granddaughter loves these! She enjoys the surprise of not knowing what she is getting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun little activity to do with my daughter and she enjoyed playing with and without the dress! I wish the dress hardened up after going into the water but it's still rubbery which doesn't bother the kids so I guess it's fine, I just don't know the lifespan of something like that! Seems like it will tear after some time. They like that the dress changes color in the water and I appreciate the fact that it goes back to the original color out of the water so they can do it over and over.

We had fun making the dress from the mold and it was an easy task with the instructions. It doesn't have scent to it and also she loves playing with it. I think it's great value for the money, and it also has some assembly to make the dress so it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I helped my daughter set up her doll. The doll comes with her own crown and bodice to put on. She comes with the gel to make the skirt and the mold. The instructions were hard to follow and we wound up putting the mold directly inside, instead of pouring it around the edges. Unfortunately the doll cannot wear her dress. We will get another one, but I wish the instructions were a little more clear. The kit is absolutely adorable. I like the surprise of not knowing which doll she will get. The doll is adorable with moving arms and legs. The tea cup is cute. The dress changes colors when it's placed in ice water. It's very cute, it just needs better instructions.

The instructions aren't the easiest to follow.

My daughter opened this in the car on the way home and I had no idea that there were technically three pieces to the dress mold, including a piece that goes in the middle of the mold. I looked at the instructions and there was no mention of this piece when assembling the mold nor did the pictures reflect a middle piece until you take it apart to reveal the skirt, which l had not gotten that far. So now we have a doll with no dress. I was going to buy a replacement solution so we could redo it but I cannot find any on the website.

The liquid inside the bottle of the LOL Surprise Princess toy was completely dried out when we opened it. It was supposed to be like a glue-like liquid, but it had already turned into a solid and couldn't be used at all, so we had to throw it away.

This was a gift to our grandaughter for her Birthday. We grew up in a generation where the instructions were written, and not just pictures shown. Needless to say, we ended up with a glob of stuff, not a dress. True we have a doll and a tea cup, but complete failure on the dress. Which was suppose to be the magical part. The only thing magical for us was our money disappeared.
