It's a cute mermaid doll and it does change colors. My daughter loves her very much, but was confused at the crunchy hair lol. A great price, $4 isn't bad at all. That aside, the packing is absolutely ridiculous. So ridiculous

Pretty Doll!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is so adorable. I had to buy another one because I have 2 daughters and most of the time they fight over the doll like crazy cats! However, they both really like it! The dolls are very sturdy and have great detail! My daughters love them and always carry them around with them. They fight over it a lot but they really like it! I love it too, they make great collectibles too!.
