I have debilitating cramps and I am attached to a heating pad for a week and with these patches I can have some level of relief while at work or running errands or hanging with friends. I put one on the front and one in the back and my back thanks you for that. I don't like how it only comes in a three pack though. I wish it came in like a 14 pack. 2 patches a day for 7 days would be amazing
These are the best heating patches I've tried. I literally cannot live without them while on my period. They last a long time and are overall the best!
I LOVE THESE! I suffer from really intense menstrual pain and I work in retail so I can't use my electric heating pad. This helps so much. They are part of my care every month.
My teenager loves these for the days she needs them and has to leave her plug in pad. They help her get through her school day pain free
Put on and had to take off after 4 hours of use. My skin got really red from the heat. So be careful. Maybe shouldn't have used this with jeans since I feel that made it a bit more snug. I'll try next time with my dress pants on. Usually I would use these on my days off too and those are Jean days. I think I will go back to my other brand that didn't “burn” me as much as this did. I did like the big size of the patch! Target ones are too small.
I did not recieve any burns or scars wearing this pad, I believe it really does depend where you place it, DO NOT STICK TO SKIN! I attached mine to the top of my undergarments, the warmth did not fully kick in until an hour. Its not super hot, its warm and soothing, reminder this is a natural heat pad, so its understandable to not be super hot and instant. It did sooth my smaller aches, but if you have large and very painful cramps I'd recommend something else. However, this is perfect for overnight/daily wear.
I would honestly like a partial refund, there are supposed to be 3 patches and I only got two. The box was also fully open and one of the bags were open as well
never heated up. really sucks when you spend your last 20 bucks on a highly rated product, that in no way works. a hand warmer taped to my clothes would have been more efficient. waited over an hour after reading comments "it takes a while to heat up" but patches never even got warm.
These were a waste of my money. I literally did not feel any heat whatsoever. They did not stick very well and fell off multiple times. Im my experience they were useless.
I bought these for my daughters cramps since it was the only thing available and it BURNED HER SKIN OFF!! She will forever have scars/burn marks DO NOT BUY THESE. I would give 0 if this app allowed me to
