Come for the Heat, Stay for the Flavor.
Well it's just about the best hot sauce in the world! It starts out a bit sweet, moves to hot, goes to a great resonating flavor, and then returns to bit hot for a while. It's going to be hard for me to even try some of Lola's other sauces because I love this Carolina Reaper. Talk about nearly reaching perfection. This sauce gets about as close as you can get to perfect. This Carolina Reaper is a bit hotter than Lola's Original but it's really the flavor that makes it so good. So far it the was great on eggs, hash browns, by itself on a spoon (don't get too much, it is hot), on fried chicken, on grilled chicken, and on a leftover steak burrito. My mouth is watering right now thinking about it. Can't wait to try it on beef!
