Bad Packaging
the product is very good, its the lids on the bottles that are not, once the seals were removed the pop open lid is defective. Nothing comes out of the bottles. You have to remove them completely to use the shampoo and conditioner.

I like the conditioner, it almost smells like licorice. Not a fan of the shampoo yet. Maybe I just have to get used to it.
