This Lone Star brand is the best beef jerky so yummy and delicious. Great for the hot and spicy jerky lovers in my family. Nice and spicy, you can see the actual pieces of crushed red pepper on every bite. Not too sweet, seasoned with the perfect blend of spices and just right chewy texture that I love. Great for a grab and go snack, whether camping, hiking, etc., it doesnt need refrigeration. It is smoked and hand strung and made in the USA. This is definitely my go to jerky from now on, and would recommend for all you jerky lovers to try it because it is spicy great!

This Lone Star Black Pepper Beef Jerky truly is a taste experience. From its unusually tender jerky bites to its rich marinated smoked flavor with an abundance of thick pepper flakes, it left me wanting more with each bite. It has some heat, but not too much to not enjoy the flavor. The bag is full of large meaty chunks which shred apart easily for easy biting. I found that snacking on a few pieces at lunchtime easily acted as a meal replacement due to being so high in protein, and was lower in calories and fat than most others I've purchased. It has my vote for being amongst the top jerky brands for both taste and texture.

This beefy jerky is made in PA I was excited to see that since I live in PA. It is very good I love the teriyaki flavor. The jerky is a good texture, thickness and is not too hard or chewy. It is a great snack to take with you when you're on the go. I enjoyed it for sure!

Wow, this Lone Star Teriyaki Beef Jerky is very good! I've eaten a lot of different Beef Jerkys and I have to rate this one up there as one of the best. It has an amazing teriyaki and hickory smoked flavor and the texture is exactly what you expect with a good beef jerky. I loved it so much I couldn't stop eating it. I had to close the bag and walk away before I ate the entire half pound bag all at once. When I came back later to have more my family had already found it and finished it off. I didn't intend on sharing it but it's safe to say it was a big hit for everyone here. This is Keto and Paleo friendly and it's made in the USA. In a 1oz serving size of teriyaki there's 60 calories, 6g total carbs, 6g total sugar, 11g protein, and 430mg sodium.

Lone Star Western Beef teriyaki jerky is tender and spicy. Has only 430 mg sodium which I like. Has an ever so slight sweet taste. Teriyaki flavor is definitely coming through. It does leave a spicy sting after taste though. I like that it is not like shoe leather but quite chewy and flavorful. I like that the package is thick and has a sealable closing to keep it fresh after each use. It is handy for me to take along when I need a quick pick up. Good protein. Great to take on walks and trails with no refrigeration needed. Mine came in small bite size strips or pieces. I was disappointed that some of the pieces did not chew up well. I could not chew them up at all to eat. It was only a few though. Over all pretty happy with the product texture, taste and appeal. I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely recommend this brand to all my family and friends. Nice size packaging. Fresh product well packaged. Good teriyaki flavor that does not taste like bad seasoning. Easy to carry and keep fresh for days. Closable pouch with thick plastic not that flimsy paper thin that rips easy. I recommend.

This product is delicious and is my new favorite jerky. The cut is thin, but has a more authentic feel to it. It tastes like your buddies best jerky. The texture is good. It is not as soft as other cheaper jerky, but I liked it like that. I had originally intended to share it, but that did not happen. The pepper was the perfect level. I highly recommend it.

My family likes the taste of this beef jerkey. It has a nice black pepper taste. Not spicy pepper, and not spicy tasting. Alittle smokey tasting. This jerkey is not super chewy and soft but it is also not dry and tough when chewing. It is in the middle and this is how I prefer my jerkey to be and to taste. My husband loves this jerkey. It is a nice size bag. Would also make a great gift for a beef jerkey lover!

Jeremy came in a big sealed bag and was great! Texture is what I like in jerky! Seasoned with a pepper seasoning and the jerky wasn't too dry or wet. Bag was full when most jerky they give you a big bag but only fill it half way. I would definitely recommend this jerky to jerky eaters.

I usually eat a different brand of beef jerky that is local to my area, but this is a new second option. The flavor is good. The "hot" is a little too spicy for my preference, but it was still delicious. Some of the pieces are thick and some are thin. Occasionally, it was difficult to break them, or bite them, but that's common for jerky.
