I work out at home and I absolutely hate two things about latex bands: 1) They snap, and 2) They roll up until they cut off your circulation mid-squat.
This fabric pack was my solution. And yes, the short, non-slip fabric bands are a muracle. You put them on your legs, and they stay right there, absolutely still, even if you sweat buckets. The other thing that sold me was the door anchor. Not only do I have hip bands, but the long ones let me do back and arm exercises with variable resistance. It's like having a small cable machine right on your door frame. It's an entire gym in one pouch. 100% recommended.
