I have been taking this type of marine collagen for well over a year. I came across this brand which is comparable to my go to brand but much less expensive. I am quite pleased. I put it in my morning coffee, it dissolves immediately and it is tasteless. I highly recommend this product.

Still too early to tell if it's helping new hair growth. It says to drink it in 8 oz of water on an empty stomach. I did a few times, but it does have a slight fishy taste. I am putting in morning chicory drink now.
