Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Volume One [DVD]

i bought this for my two toddler boys, ages 3%264. they are just now getting into luney tunes. their dad loves the show! i do wish for the price if would have had a few more movies. this one has two disks, with the usual short films however, the short films were some of the greatest and my boys loved them!

My kids love it. Some material is a little inappropriate for younger children. References to suicide (Yosemite Sam points gun to his own head), and cigar smoking. The cartoon animation is older. Doesn't look like the 90's version I thought. The stories/episodes are short.

This was supposed to be for kids,but everyone in the family enjoyed this. So please buy this as a gift because it's definitely for families. This was fun of laughter happiness and just really good. It something you can push play and walk away and not worry about what your children are watching,or being influenced by. Just wholesome fun. I would recommend this for anyone and everyone!

I love looney tunes. And honestly cartoons and tv shows are not the same as they once were. So for me and my family, we watch the classics. My kids love looney tunes. It's funny. Everyone is happy. And laughing. This dvd include multiple bugs bunny, Daffy Duck, Wiley coyote, even some Pepe lepew.

​I picked this up recently, and man, it takes me right backto when I was A kid. There is something about that classic "Merry-Go-Round" theme song starting up that just puts an instant smile on your face. ​If you grew up watching these on a big box TV, you'll be blown away by how good they look here. The colors are so bright and clean it's like they were drawn yesterday. It has all the heavy hitters like What's Opera, Doc? and Duck Amuck, but the real treat for me was seeing "One Froggy Evening" again. That singing frog (Michigan J. Frog) is a total legend, and watching him drive that poor guy crazy never gets old.

When I saw the advertisement of the platinum version I got excited because my husband loves cartoons. And he started watching it right away. I watched it too. The movie took me back to the younger days when I would get up early to turn on the TV. And since it was Saturday I could watch the cartoons all morning. I'm happy I can reflect back and feel peaceful.

These Looney Tune cartoons are great for kids of all ages. I enjoyed them as a young kid and now as an older kid. I got up early every Saturday morning back in the 60's to watch them with my bowl of cereal. This DVD set has a nice variety of toons to watch and enjoy. The quality and price of this DVD makes it a sweet deal.

I got this for my kids to watch on the DVD player in our van. This is absolutely for families and for kids. It has all of the great characters that the Adults remember and love. It's nice for quick viewing since it's just a compilation of short episodes. My kids range from 2-10 and it's been their go to for viewing in the car.

WOW did these cartoons bring back childhood memories. I was born in 1958, I am now 67 years old. I have a budget each month to find a DVD priced at $5.00 to purchase. This Looney Tunes DVD sounded so perfect. This is not just for kids. But not many children would want this as a gift becasue they watch streaming programs and up to date versions of cartoons. A whole nother generation. Kids of my day would be acting out in play these characters. This was such a fun move to watch. BEEP BEPP the Road Runner says. I highly recommend.

I got this cartoon to give as a group gift to some kids for Christmas. I'm a Disabled Senior and live in a low income adult complex, sometimes my neighbors have their grandchildren over to visit. I like to fix a group gift bag for them, so this time I'm giving them this classic cartoon DVD with a snack and drink mix. They don't make cartoons like they used to....what ones I have come across kind of seem a bit " Weird" to me. Who knows...maybe the adults will get a kick out of watching too.
