This is absolutely delicious in my coffee!! who needs 7.99 creamer when you just pour a swirl of this with some plain cream or powdered plain , milk or anything ither thats good with or without flavor!
LorAnn extracts are always dependable. it will be a positive ingredient to add to my orange sickle cake. Because of it bring oil based, I'll be able to add a little yo make my chocolate have a bit of orange.
This is GREAT stuff!!! Everything was going good until the survey asked me to rate the VANILLA that'd why I had do down grade it to 4 Star. I'll give you a little tip I take Whipping cream whip er up throw some of this Pumpkin Pie Spice in it and you've gat a great little dessert with out a whole lot of calories. Great for Christmas time.!!!! Enjoy.
I bought this oil because I went to a café and they had this silky red velvet coffee, so I was like how am I gonna make this at home? Well, this oil exceeded my expectations. It tastes amazing, and a little goes a long way. The quality is outstanding. I definitely recommend anyone who needs a good quality, red velvet flavoring for cooking or baking. And I made my red velvet coffee, and it came out awesome!
Maybe great for baked goods but this is glycerin heavy and tastes a little more like toasted, caramelized bland banana flavoring. Not a fan. I'll stick with the McCormick stuff. It does smell nice though so it might be good in soaps, perfumes ,balms and things. I usually love LorAnn products but this one is a dud.
overall it tastes very good! however I'm pretty sure it wasn't meant to be used for a sweet sauce. I made some butterscotch sauce with this instead of butter extract and it wasn't quite the same. but it still tasted very good.
Considering how disappointed I was with the butter flavoring I was surprised how strong this flavoring is. It wouldn't take much to turn a milkshake into a gourmet treat and I'm sure it would turn ordinary white cake into a strong caramel cookie butter flavoring. It didn't work for what I purchased it for but I'm sure I'm going to be able to use it in just those sorts of treats.
I'm still unsure I'm using this correctly as I'm afraid to. The flavor has such a strong chemical taste to it. It's ruined so many expensive smoothies I make at home and some baking items.
This product had an overwhelming smell of alcohol. The taste was mediocre, I just couldn't get past the smell and was honestly embarrassed to serve it to my guests. I made maple glaze for donuts. It was too much for this application. If you are an adult needing a note of alcohol, this would be ideal. But for sweets and for children, it made me feel uncomfortable. No comments regarding the seller as we had no interaction. The product shipped quickly, but with no padding or security, it was rolling around, in too large of a box. I'm glad it didn't break.
This tasted awful, like, just a chemical mix. To be fair, I didn't use it for baking, I use flavorings for plain unsweetened yogurts (and then add a smidgeon of sugar), and usually, it results in a super healthy dessert. Definitely not the case with this flavoring.
