I have reddish bleached hair. My natural hair color is dark brown/black. I added 20 volume developer to this product to lift to an ash blonde. I left the product on my hair for 45 minutes. There was NO change to my hair. It's still reddish bleached blonde. I don't know if I didn't do something right or maybe the product is defective somehow?
