L'Oreal Paris Air Volume Lightweight Washable Mega Volume Mascara, Black Brown

I have had the pleasure of reviewing and testing this mascara for free. I was actually really pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. This mascara gave my eyelashes that extra volume and length they need. I have had a hard time finding a good mascara that works really well since I have really short eyelashes. I also really like the light and airy feel it has on my eyelashes. It doesn't feel too heavy on and I even forgot I had it on throughout the day. I would say that it holds up the entire day and looks how it did when I put it on in the morning. Which I think is a super important quality. I would say the quality of this product is fantastic and definitely going to be my go to brand from now on. Now the packaging is also super cute. I would say that it definitely is an eye catching design and I really like the rose gold colouring of the wand itself. This just might be my new favorite mascara. I've been wearing it everyday for over a week and I find that it packs in buildable full volume lashes and lasts throughout the entire day with no smudging and flaking. It has a nice airy soufflé-like texture which doesn't take long to dry. The wand is thick and fluffy for intense volume. It is supper easy to remove and it'll come off with any basic cleanser. Also, the packaging is one of the weirdest mascara packaging ever and I love it! It's a similar pink to the lash paradise, but it also has a reflective shiny appearance which I find mildly intriguing. The shape of the packaging is very unique. It's more flat than normal mascara tubes and has edges that stick out and make it very sleek appearing. The only thing that I didn't like about this mascara was the scent of it as I was applying. It smells like rose or some kinda of flower which I didn't like. The scent does fade away after it dries so it's ok for me. Overall, I found this mascara to be super volumizing, long lasting, easy to remove, and relatively easy to apply. I received this as a #freeproduct to test out.

Whenever I wear mascara I tend to go for ones that are lengthening and have a thinner brush as I am Asian and my lashes aren't exactly long and thick so a bolder look usually weighs down my lashes. So when I saw the lightweight tag on this mascara I am very intrigued and I surprisingly end up really liking the brush and the formula! I would say it volumizes more than it lengthens, but my lashes definitely look longer too. I tried it out without any other makeup in the morning and it made me look like I had eyeliner on. Even my boyfriend noticed something different (he never noticed if I wear makeup or not). By the end of the day my lashes kept their curl and didn't get weighed down! However I did notice some slight smudging on my lower lashline after 6 hours of wearing.

This mascara is very lightweight - exactly as described. I didn't feel like it was heavy or too clumpy. At some points, I didn't even feel like I was wearing mascara! It was pretty volumizing and gave me a nice eyeliner look without needing to wear eyeliner. I tried this mascara when I went outside and it was a bit windy and not too humid. It held on pretty well, and after about 4 hours of outdoor wear, I noticed it smudging at the bottom of but not too much where it was obvious. It wiped away easily as well. It also removed easily at the end of the night with a make up wipe. Overall, this mascara did it's job and if you're looking for a lightweight mascara that doesn't feel too heavy or clumpy, this is the one!

It's crap!!! The brush is huge and loaded with clumpy mascara. Clumps in lashes. Crumbles off throughout the day. For a $20 mascara, there are much better products out there. Save your money in this crap!!!!

I tried this mascara once and threw it out. The chemical smell was strong and awful when you put it on. After 2 hours, I could still occasionally get a whiff of it. I do not have a particularly great sense of smell. No matter how I liked the mascara, I can't wear it and won't buy it again.

I bought this a few days ago and I am so not happy I did! This mascara is just...not good. Social media has hyped the hell out of it. The amount of product on the wand is insane, leaving you with horrible clumpy lashes. It also smells REALLY bad, and you can smell it for a solid five minutes after application.

Not much mascara in the tube and it doesn't do anything more than my $10 mascara does.

How can you even put the L'oreal name on this product. AIR volumn is the worst mascara ever. Don,t you see it on tv where it is lumps,thick no natural look at all. Its a mess! I have used your products for many many years face crfeam eye makeup and hair products but this is the worst. you can do much better than this check the staff you have working for you see what they say about this product. If they say its great fire them cause their are lying.
