L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Matte Lip Liner, Matte-Stermind, 0.04 Oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought Strike a Matte-ch on a whim and I'm stocked how into it I am. I have a clear lip liner I use which is a bit annoying because it's rather dry and breaks so easy. Was expecting the same frustration but this product went on so smooth and creamy. The color is lovely, truly matte and does not transfer at all. Can see myself wearing it on it's own.

I love the color and the way it goes on, however as many others have stated it cannot be sharpened. I even purchased the L'oreal sharpener suggested by L'oreal and even that one does not sharpen it. It will not turn and then gets stuck in the sharpener. It was a waste of money for me because once it needed to be sharpened it was worthless.

I'm very disappointed with this liner. I've only used it roughly three times. It is now flat I can't and I can't wind up to get more out. Any turn bottom of stick to wind up and when I take it off I can't move that part either. I want my money back. Would not recommend this liner to anyone I can be reached at email provided below. . Although I was very happy with the color it was apparently a one use pencil. Upon sharpening it with the approved sharpener it did not sharpen and left plastic mini shavings in the product itself. terrible design and lose a lot of product trying to sharpen. Not cost effective with the amount of product loss. My expectations were high but I will not be a repeat customer.

Bought product and wish I had read the reviews first! The lip liner goes on smoothly & has nice texture but it CANNOT be sharpened to keep using.. it is a total waste of money. Come On L'Oréal you should be ashamed of this, don't keep telling consumers to use the sharpener when the product is stuck inside the pencil!

I bought a lip liner a wore it as often as possible until it needed to advance out of the plastic pencil. I took it to work to ask the other ladies how they would make this work and none of us could figure it out. Now I come online and I realize the company knows this is a problem and has done nothing. You took my money and gave me a faulty product. How can I trust L'Oreal?

This product is wrapped in shrink-wrapped plastic and it is very hard to see what the construction of the tip is. There is no product labeling or how-to-use instructions. After trying to figure out how to sharpen, I checked the website and found out that it requires a specific sharpener. The packaging should say this.

I bought this because I love Loreal Lip Liners because they don't feather but not only can I NOT find a way to sharpen but the print is so small on the labeling that I couldn't read the label to see what color it was. I have sharpeners but the casing is plastic and almost impossible to sharpen. Huge waste of my money. C'mon Loreal...you can do better!

Bought this thinking it was a twist up liner. Very disappointed. I dislike ones that need sharpened but even worse the sharpener I have doesn't work on the plastic casing. Waste of money. Do not want to spend more money to buy the Loreal sharpener as I never plan to buy this product again. Money down the drain.

I just bought this liner from L'Oréal in Matte Stermind. It's a Beautiful color! However that's where it ends for a good review. I Can't get the liner out out of the skinny barrel to use it much less even sharpen it. This is not a quality made product! Very cheaply made. The quickest way to lose customers is to sell products that don't work right out of the packaging. Please remake this liner in better container with better ease of use. I would like my money back please.
