I love this product.The only thing I don't like is the fact that the price went up. ever since I was diagnosed with the thyroid disorder and my hair tangles and mats very easily. this is the only product that makes my hair tangle free.After shampooing. It's great.

I have long, very thick curly and straight combination hair and I am always looking for something that's going to add moisture that makes my hair feel hydrated and controls frizz and keeps it smooth. This is the best L'Oreal hair care product. I have used it does exactly what it's designed to do it tame humidity against your hair. It keeps the frizz down and you can actually not only see the hydration, but you can feel it. I love L'Oreal I have for years. I have used all of their shampoo and conditioner products this is my favorite. I can shampoo condition rinse get out of the shower and use a regular brush on my hair and it slides right through, incredible!

Love this shampoo - it has seriously helped my dry hair SO much. After having 4 kids and I also have a thyroid problem, my hair has been looking very rough. But it's working so great and now even my husband uses it too!

fair warning this product gets some heat to it when it touches your hair. its a chemical reaction (a harmless one) from it activating. I noticed a huge change in the softness of my hair from one use. highly recommend.

I never imagined a cheap conditioner could work like this! My bathroom is stocked with expensive conditioners from brands like Oribe, Sisley, Kérastase, and Leonor Greyl, yet none of them work the same magic on my hair as this one does. It hydrates my hair, adds a bit of volume, and keeps it from looking like limp, stringy strands. Bravo, L'Oréal!

pick up this shampoo and conditioner on sale for my mom who loves this product. she loves how it is volumizing with the plump but also really cleaning and does not dry her out keeps her hair moist and shiny. she also likes the smell. unfortunately there was a mix-up and she got more conditioner than shampoo even though it should have been equal of each so that's a disappointment. But it was a really good deal so we can't be too upset. she also really loves the pump bottle it's just more convenient and easy to use while you're in the shower.

Best shampoo I've ever owned. After using for two weeks I will never use another shampoo. I have 4b low porosity hair and I'm seeking length and moisture retention. I love braids and Afros. Both styles can leave my hair dry. After weeks of using this product my hair has not only silky smooth after each wash but my scalp has been less dry as well. I use this after the ever pure clarifying shampoo, and pair it with the elvive hydrating conditioner. This combo imhas been 10/10. I'm able to detangle easier than ever as I shampoo, and my hair stays moisturized days after each shower

the bottle had a dant on the side. that's why it's not able to stand straight some product spilled and dry out on the bottle. I wish I would get this secured better to prevent any damage

I originally liked the way this shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel, but the smell is awful! It has a kind of rubber smell to it that just gets worse as the day goes on. Very disappointing.

Something has definitely changed. I've used this shampoo and conditioner duo since 2023 and have always loved it. The scent is wonderful, and it used to leave my hair incredibly soft and silky. Unfortunately, the newest bottle of conditioner has completely changed my experience. I have very fine, very thin hair, and now it leaves my hair stringy, limp, and greasy. After letting my hair air dry and wearing it in a braid for the day, the braided sections felt like they had a Vaseline-like residue. Even after blow drying, my hair felt tacky, as though the conditioner never fully rinsed out. Previously, my hair felt smooth and silky while rinsing in the shower. Now it has a wet, tacky feeling that never seems to go away, no matter how long I rinse. I've been using this line for years, so this was a very noticeable change and incredibly disappointing.
