I use this to cover my grey roots. It also makes my thin spots seem fuller. It does rub off, so be careful about putting your head on the back of a white chair or sofa. It could also rub off on a hat or your date's white shirt. I use a dark throw on my recliner to protect it. It washes out of fabrics or off your hands easily.
I couldn't find this product available AT ALL at Amazon or at any local CVS or Walgreen's stores, so I thought I'd check with Walmart.com and low and behold it was available there and at a very reasonable price!!! Thank you!!!
if you ever have used the professional L'Oreal line you know how much it costs. coming from a professional I have to say it would be wrong for me to not share. I use this on my weekly ladies that don't want to get color back to back and want to stretch it a couple weeks. use this to cover your gray or adjust your root area color, light spray of hairspray after it will last you till you wash. and it is comparable to the $38 product that they have the same L'Oreal name on enjoy ladies.
Yes I love this spray when I don’t have time to dye or color my grays. This is a great cover up when you have gray hair. I think it’s too expensive but hey I need this when I don’t have time or feel like dying my hair. This spray any any other brand I’ve tried has caused me dandruff after using. But most hairsprays or gels do the same with my dermatitis or scaling scalp. So I use nizoral shampoo after to wash hair and let it soak on scalp for a little while. It heals scaly scalp, But yes I recommmend gray cover up spray,
Why pay for a hair dresser alot of money, tip, and cut when you can do it yourself. The only down fall is youhave to keep your bathroom protected with towels or plastic. Use gloves, and wipe up quick, and leakage, Ive gotten many compliments from people about m hairdresser and the color. Some colors are too watery dark color, try to stay with the same color. As you get older, use a lighter color. If young, streak your hair red, blue, any thing you want.
The coverage is the best and the color blends with your hair. L'Oreal spray hair dye is the only brand that actually covers gray hair and doesn't come off after you've sprayed it. You have to lift the hair to spray above and below to make sure the grays don't come through. You can also just spray the top but then some gray might peek out. I've tried all the other brands. They are terrible. They don't stay covered. They make the hair stick together and they don't rinse out easily. You do need to be sure to shampoo to get this out every time you wash your hair after using.
L'Oréal Paris Magic Root Cover Up really works great! It's quick, easy, and convenient for covering roots and keeping your hair looking fresh between salon appointments.
This product is great to cover nasty gray growth between salon visits. It matches my current dye job. It does make you have to wash your hair more often though.
L’Oreal Paris magic root cover up covers my hair, even grays, very well. It doesn’t run down my face when I sweat at the gym or if I’m out in the rain. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating is because it sprays all over the place. I clean off the sprayer and around it and the color still gets on my face, sometimes my arms. If it weren’t for that, I would definitely give it a 5 star rating! So when I use it, I always have a damp paper towel ready to wipe off. Also I spray it before I put my makeup on!!
It is messy, sprays everywhere. Make sure to use gloves and cover your clothes, face, middle part. I left it to dry prior to touching my hair for 40 min and it was still not dry after. Careful it will stain clothes. Not sure how you sleep with it, not a good idea. If I touch my hair accidentally it left stain on my fingernails even a day later.
