It works! I've tried several different things to keep my eyelashes from thinning. This helps them stay in longer, and my lashes are the thickest they've been in 10 years. I use it once daily, apply before going to bed. My lashes don't fall out and are healthier than ever. I highly recommend this product.

My natural lashes are sparse, this has made them grow so much thicker and fuller. Also I wear falsies sometimes and the glue used to pull a couple out, it no longer does, they seem to be stronger as well. love this product

I hardly ever believe big promises from beauty/cosmetic products or any other kind of product honestly. Normally I skim over sentences like “Visibly thicker lashes” without giving it any thought and I'm not even tempted to make a purchase with promises like “love it or your money back”. I just automatically think its just marketing's techniques used trying to get us to buy their products. Well lucky for L'Oréal, my friend gave me one and now YOU CAN HAVE ALL MY MONEY LOREAL, please just take it! (Even though you already had all my money beforehand this product). This is the real deal, it actually works, and my lashes are thanking you for it too.

Post chemo, I was concerned that my lashes would not return to their normal long fullness. When I tried Eyelash Serum with Lash Caring Complex, I was surprised at how easily it went onto my lashes, no side effects. After just a few weeks I noticed that my eyelashes were coming back in. Now, seven weeks later, I see amazing progress. My eyelashes are coming back in and growing longer and fuller. I highly recommend this product!

This is a great product when used as directed. However, the one I received was defective. The tube was empty. - no serum inside. I contacted the company

It does lengthen lashes but takes 6+ weeks before any results and you must use it twice daily to see any results. The dispenser wand is poorly designed. Sometimes you get too much with each click and then other times, nothing comes out. Hopefully they are working to fix this for future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure how I feel about this. I didn't see much of a difference. I don't feel that I have short lashes, but they're not full. I figured it would at least thicken them. But it's easy to use and apply and doesn't sting or stink.

But I found that I could not wear this during the day as it made my@lashes look very gooey. I think its best for people just looking for a quick conditioning treatment.

Not sure anything is coming out of tube. Turned number of rotations as instructed but cant tell that any product is coming out on brush‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️

must have twisted the serum 40x %26 still no serum was produced. i have purchased only 1 before this one (from Target) %26 I remember clicking the serum 1-ckick at a time %26 it took about 12-15 clicks b4 the brush was wt wth serum. This 2nd one.....40 clicks, no serum. Will be returning.
