Love the color of this suede blue, glides on so nice. I prefer eyeliner pencils like this ,smooth, just the right softness, doesn't turn hard like gels do,

used it for the first time today. applied easily, the color is good and it stays on until you remove it.

I was hoping this would come off with just soap and water, but it did not. I did buy a gentle makeup remover, so I was able to remove the eyeliner. I really like the Brown Leather color. It looks very natural and did not irritate my eyes. I would buy this eyeliner and color again. I am happy with my purchase. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it was not washable with soap and water as I had hoped; otherwise, it was great, did not smudge, and looked very natural.

I wore L'Oréal's eye pencils for years but they stopped making the line I loved. I was excited to see a pencil eyeliner again. It goes on smooth, it's blend-able and lasts several hours but it does smudge a bit, especially in warm weather.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received L'Oréal Paris Haute Coleur in Black Silk. I'll start out saying L'Oréal makes some of my all time fave liners. I really wanted to love this one too. My experience with Kohl liners lead me to expect a soft pencil like their others but I found this almost waxy and patchy when I used it. The eyeliner also shifted and moved south, the colour didn't stay around for a few hours. It stayed longer on swatch on my hand. I will keep working with it to see how I can use it better. Goes on smoothly, buff unfortunately doesn't last. Bleeds under the eyes after an hour or so. Very disappointing.

This pencil lacks pigment. The color is nice on paper, but it's barely visible once applied to the eye.

I usually use the L'Oreal infallible black and it's great but I wanted to try burgundy and neither this one or the infallible burgundy ever in stock finally this one was so I decided to try it after seeing others use it in reels online this pencil is dry and pieces crumble in your eyes it has little pigment wears off your waterline in minutes and it's impossible to sharpen I don't recommend this burgundy color eyeliner
