This is a great foundation stick. I love it because it glides on smoothly, it's moisturizing Great coverage, and it has a glow to the finish. I have been using Clinique chubby stick foundation for years and then they discontinued it. This L'Oreal foundation stick is almost a perfect substitute!
I am a high end makeup fanatic and stayed away from drugstore makeup because usually the color range never accommodates me but I have to say, This is by far one of my favorite foundations, it's so hard to find a match for my skin tone but they've done it. It's creamy and it lasts me forever, I will say that I used a face primer, just because I do that to all My makeup if you really want the longest wearing make up i definitely think priming and setting you face is key to the perfect make up wear. But if you're thinking about buying this please do it, I feel like it even lasts longer than actual liquid, it's very pigmented, and it hold up to high end make up if not better because although it's full coverage it feels not too heavy on the skin. 100% Recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got it I tought it was foundation and the color was way off from my skin tone, now I understand it's for maybe contouring ? Which works great that way. Talked to a couple friends and the agree.not bad overall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foundation stick is smooth and easy to apply . No mess. Easy to carry while traveling . The quality is amazing. It's a full coverage foundation . I just wish they had more shades . If you find your shade , this product is a best bet! You will not be disappointed. Flawless beauty in a budget I must say .
I bought this 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a buildable coverage foundation. My skin is prone to breakouts but when my skin is clear I dont need heavy coverage and I was hoping this was my answer. It was very buildable and was even light coverage if used sparingly and blended out really well. The shade range decent not outstanding. It is very dewy! This is not a matte finish or even satin it's just straight dewy! However it's not dewy and slippery it does melt I to the skin and stay put. It also sets down well with a setting powder and lasts all day! I love this foundation just like I love the liquid version of this foundation. If you want buildable coverage and something easy to use this is it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying out the new L'Oreal foundation stick was pretty fun since I'm used to just using a traditional bottled foundation in my makeup routine. Although the color shade was a bit too light for me, I was able to use it as a concealer. It worked out great for me but I would agree that it is a buildable coverage foundation. I have dry skin, but after blending and setting the foundation, the product looked nice and smooth. I would definitely try it out in my shade as a foundation!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great foundation. I love that it has spf, it glides smoothly in my skin. I have a combination skin and I feel like it didn't made my skin dry or oily during the day. It listed me for a whole days, I just notice small smudges and crease likes around my nose and eye but at the end of the day which is not bad. I do understand the packaging that it's convenient and good for traveling I just don't like the sticks, I feel like it's easier to get bacteria in it and get the stick contaminated. I personally don't feel comfornatvel reusing foundation when I have a pimple that I use to cover up. But that's the only minus that I find personally for me.
Very chalky matte appearance;
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the shade espresso to use as contour/bronzer. First of all, it is not easy to blend despite being super creamy and it removes some of the foundation I had on underneath it. I also tried it without foundation and you could see where it sat in every pore because it made it look like I had a ton of blackheads where I had applied it. The undertone is also very strange, in some lighting it looks a bit purple. I'm not entirely sure about how long wearing it is because I only used it as contour. I'm never going to wear this and I'm definitely not going to be buying my actual shade.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros about this product guides quickly and smoothly, in Stick form so you can travel with it and take it anywhere fits in your pocket book easily and it rolls up so you know how much you have left before you need to purchase another one. The cons about this product can't use it as Contour doesn't blend very well and when you put it all over your face it's definitely not full coverage cuz still see the road through my skin not just a little bit of red like my whole red cheek. And right when you put it to your face it almost melts like butter I'm super disappointed in this product
