L'Oreal Paris Infallible Never Fail Lipcolor - 810 Ginger

If you are looking for a lipstick that stays put this is the one for you. It comes out wet on a little applicator. be sure to let it dry throughly before applying the clear gloss. the gloss adds shine to what would otherwise be a matte finish and keeps the lips from drying out. I prefer to use my own gloss, I have used Bobbi brown Pink Tulle in the past over top the Cerise shade and I get compliments on this all the time. I have dark hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. If you eat something with a fatty base like ice cream then it will come off, but not if you just sip on a soda straw.

I’ve been a customer of this particular lipstick brand and color for over 30 years. It stays on your lips all day, but you must put the clear sealant on your lips once you’re done

Infallible is the right word for this lipstick. It is getting very difficult to find this product. Thank you for offering it.

i like the idea that it is both lip balm and lip stick in one pack. it's a little smaller than I imagined but it's travel friendly. i just didnt like the stickiness of the lipstick but it wouldve been nice on my color (i have indian skin tone) and a nice add on also to my other lip collection.

I love the lip color. It is the best! But I can never find my shade #700. I have now purchased 6 more that now sit in my makeup basket that don't work because the color is much lighter than the color of the tube. I am extremely frustrated in attempting to find a shade that works since 700 seems to have been pulled.

Since I always have problems with smearing, I never wear lipcolor but I decided to buy this after all of the great reviews. I put it on an hour or so before dinner. After dessert, all the color is gone from the middle of my mouth and I'm left looking like I put on a lipliner and nothing else. Good: It didn't smear. Love the topcoat. Bad: It didn't last through one meal. Overall: Disappointed in the staying power, but I don't mind reapplying after a meal.

I love this brand and I've always bought this particular model of lipstick. The color that I normally like was out so I tried this one; it didn't match the color on the cap as it should have. but the product itself was as good as the other colors always are.

Another former customer here!! I've been using Geranium and Thistle for several years, and I can't imagine why a company would alienate loyal customers by changing the colours so dramatically and without warning. I'm now switching to Maybelline and Cover Girl.

I just got on this website to email L'Oreal about the change that you've made to my favorite lipcolour and see that I'm not alone. I've been buying this Infallible product in #500 Thistle for years and have recommended it to so many people. When I was getting low last week I ran to the store and bought a new one and noticed that the color looked a little lighter than normal. In the morning as I was getting ready to run out the door for a meeting I put it on and OMG, not only was the color much lighter but it now has sparkles??? This is a longwear ligcolor and doesn't just wipe off. I ended up going to work this way and can only imagine what my clients thought as I looked like I was heading to the club and not my 8:00 AM meeting. Please change it back, I loved this product but I'm way too old for sparkles.
