L'Oreal Paris Infallible Never Fail Pencil With Built In Sharpener Eyeliner, White

I have been using the infallible eyeliner for over 5 years and I love it! It is far the best eyeliner that I have ever tried. It stays on beyond the 16 hour wear. Disappointed that I can't find it in #531 brown in retail stores most of the time. It seems to sell out quickly and then it takes some time to restock it.

Once I've found this eye liner I haven't bought any other since. It stays on all day and I don't have to re-touch my eye liner at all! Doesn't smudge or come off during the day.

My absolute favourite eyeliner. I love a bold look that doesn't smudge or crease and this is the only brand that works for me. Unfortunately it must be a lot of people's favourite because every time I go to wal mart its always out of stock. Now I order in bulk from Online and I couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I finally got to try this eyeliner. I had a sty that lasted a couple weeks, so I had to wait to use it and the anticipation was killing me. I was let down. The white wasn't very vibrant in my opinion. But I did like using it as a base for my bright eyeshadows. It helped the colors pop. Other than being a base for my shadows, I doubt I'd use it as a stand alone product.

I really like this eyeliner, I wear contacts and it does a nice job of staying put, looks great and wears well however,......had to give it only two stars because I couldn't figure out why the tube doesn't last long, runs out so fast. I took the tube apart and found the exact same amount of product still remains in the tube that is unusable. Down inside the tube is so much product that gets tossed into the trash. I realize that it's an "anchoring" method but is it necessary to waste that much of it? I am seriously thinking of not buying this brand anymore because it's so wasteful of product that I could be using, and money I could be saving. Perhaps a re-engineering project is in order?

Did the formula change? I've been wearing this eyeliner for over 10 years and it was wonderful. The last two I bought have smudged and not lasted more than 2-3 hours. I used to LOVE this liner, now I need to try others because I'm looking like a raccoon more often than not.

I have read all the reviews and I see that I'm not alone. There is literally no sharpener. I was finally able to take the bottom cap off with pliers and guess what?! NO SHARPENER! twisting does absolutely nothing. Nothing will advance. This is a complete failure. How is this still on the market??

I tried the black one and the violet one. The black one worked but now is stubbed at the tip and there is no way that tip turns to sharpen. The violet one simply falls out of the pencil - no grab at end of pencil. Tried turning the bottom on both and neither one turns, even with pliers! So I tried turning the top portion and the pliers twisted and broke it off. I am VERY UNHAPPY with this Loreal product. Someone at QC needs to get this fixed and quickly! This is a great product if it only was packaged properly.

I bought the infallible never fail eyeliner in black brown not so very long ago, but when I needed to sharpen the tip it seemed mushy and was difficult to get a sharp edge. I kept using it and now this morning I wanted to sharpen it again but had to turn the wand repeatedly. It did eventually advance but now the product is too long and won't retract. The product itself is great, long lasting, but now I have a wand that isn't cooperating and I can no longer use the eyeliner. It's junked and going into the garbage. After this experience I think I'll go back to regular pencil eyeliners.

I recently discovered your Infallible Waterproof Eyeliner and it has changed my life! My allergies cause my eyes to water constantly and this product stops my makeup from turning into an absolute mess. The color is creamy and beautiful and it stays on ALL DAY long. However, I am a very unsatisfied customer because the click-to-turn mechanism failed and I am unable to use the remaining product in the pencil. I've only used the pencil 5 times and now I must toss it in the trash because I'm unable to use it. Highly disappointing.
