Just started using these creme eyeshadows and I love them. The color goes on smooth and you can adjust color by layering. I find that it last throughout the day without much creasing. Even if it does a little you just smooth it with your finger. I have bought multiple colors and am loving how easy they are to apply and wear.
This shade Alluring Rose is a neutral tone, in the beige family. The application is smooth, no creasing, has plenty of staying power. A decent mate finish. Good for day and evening wear. I would definitely recommend this product.
I've only tried this in Celestial Taupe, but I absolutely love it. :D It looks beautiful as a liner under the eyes (that's how I've worn it). Not too dark or garish at all. Not too warm or too cool, it's perfectly neutral, with a slight shimmer. (My skin tone is fair/light neutral olive leaning slightly warm).
I love this eye shadow stick! I was having a lot of trouble with powdered eye shadow (all brands) getting into my eye and causing a lot of discomfort. I finally found this and it solves the problem wonderfully. Not only that, but it looks nice, applies and blends easily with fingertip, and no more creasing which was a surprise. I have already purchased another color.
Glides on smoothly but doesn't blend well and the color is almost invisible. It should be called “nude”. Price, so-so. I have another one in a darker shade leaning towards taupe. Better color, glides on ok but seems to dry too quickly to blend well. Overall I like it.
Careful with how much you apply. This stuff is the color of dark walnut. Use sparingly and dot with your finger tip to sort of smudge. It glides on effortlessly and dries fast. I use it in the crease and outer corner. It's a pretty color and good quality but requires practice to apply. Would have given 5 stars but it is tricky to get even due to how quick it dries.
Had to learn to use this product. First time the shading was blotchy and it looked terrible. I was embarrassed after I got home to think it looked like that. I was in a hurry, the lighting was bad, but I saw it later. Terrible! Since then I have learned to place the color on my index finger first, then apply it to my eyes. Ahhh!, what a difference! Much smoother and quite lovely. Cream shadow doesn't irritate my eyes like powder shadow does, so this product is a perfect solution. I am very satisfied now.
I bought several of these in different colors. Super easy to use. It goes on smooth and feels cold once it touches your eyelid. I tried as an eyeliner and it burnt the heck out of eyes so not recommended for that reason. It's made for eyes for eyes so why does it burn??? Otherwise love the colors and last all day.
Not for seniors No I would not recommend as it shimmery and causes attention to your crepy eyelids. . If you're young and eyelids aren't wrinkled or crepey, I think it will look nice as it did on my daughter. Positives, it is creamy , very spreadable and that's nice . Price is reasonable I thought at Walmart when I purchased .
Let me start out by saying I love this color love the way it goes on and blends but within seconds of putting it on, my eyes start stinging so bad that I can barely see. They start to tear up and they're just burning. Even the light hurts them. Also the skin on my eyelids and the surrounding area feels rough and is irritated. I am so disappointed because I really love the color. Or this to church yesterday and could not get home soon enough to wash my face. Even flooding my eyes with eye drops didn't make the stinging go away. Beware, I have never had an issue with any make up before.
