L'Oreal Paris Paradise Le Shadow Stick, Magnetic Mauve

I've only tried this in Celestial Taupe, but I absolutely love it. :D It looks beautiful as a liner under the eyes (that's how I've worn it). Not too dark or garish at all. Not too warm or too cool, it's perfectly neutral, with a slight shimmer. (My skin tone is fair/light neutral olive leaning slightly warm).

After seeing SO MANY pop ups for Thrive Cosmetics cream eye shadow sticks I went in search of an affordable option. Enter L’Oreal. I now have three of their beautiful colors and love the ease with which they go on! A simple swipe and gorgeous color that WON’T crease in my eyelid and I’m ready to go for the day! As a side bonus they feel extremely cool when you apply it so it’s very soothing first thing in the morning. One note: this purple is much darker than it looks like it might be, so it’s great for a smoky eye or for adding depth to a lighter color.

I LOVE this eyeshadow stick. It basically makes me look like I put effort into my makeup when, in reality, I absolutely did not. 😂 Swipe it on, blend it out, and BOOM—suddenly I look like I know what I'm doing. It's creamy, easy to apply, and perfect for those mornings when you have approximately 4 minutes to get ready and somehow still need to look like a functioning adult. No tiny brushes, no digging through a makeup bag looking for the right shade, and no attempting to recreate a 17-step tutorial while questioning every decision you've ever made. This is definitely going into the “I should probably buy another one” category. 😂

These eyeshadow sticks from L’Oreal are great. I bought 5 in. Neutral shades. I have blond hair, light skin and blue eyes. I can blend them easily with a brush or my fingertips, they have a nice amount of pigment, and they stay on well when e.l.f. matte putty primer is applied to my eyelid. You can create many different looks with four or five shades and they will all look great.

You can layer it as much as you want, to give you either a more neutral or a deeper "night-out" look. The stick applies very smooth on the eyelids and stays on for a long time during the evening. Had to learn to use this product. First time the shading was blotchy and it looked terrible. I was embarrassed after I got home to think it looked like that. I was in a hurry, the lighting was bad, but I saw it later. Terrible! Since then I have learned to place the color on my index finger first, then apply it to my eyes. Ahhh!, what a difference! Much smoother and quite lovely. Cream shadow doesn’t irritate my eyes like powder shadow does, so this product is a perfect solution. I am very satisfied now.

Not for seniors No I would not recommend as it shimmery and causes attention to your crepy eyelids. . If you’re young and eyelids aren’t wrinkled or crepey, I think it will look nice as it did on my daughter. Positives, it is creamy , very spreadable and that’s nice . Price is reasonable I thought at Walmart when I purchased .

I decided to read reviews after I purchased 6 sticks !! agree too creamy , hard to blend , eyes sting, I’m very dissatisfied

This shadow stick gave me an allergic reaction, my lids got red and irritated and made my eyes water and burn. I did love the color but I can’t wear it. I actually ordered two different colors but it turned out to be a waste. This is the first time I get this kind of reaction with a shadow stick, even the cheap ones didn’t cause any irritation.
