Just started using these creme eyeshadows and I love them. The color goes on smooth and you can adjust color by layering. I find that it last throughout the day without much creasing. Even if it does a little you just smooth it with your finger. I have bought multiple colors and am loving how easy they are to apply and wear.
I love this eye shadow stick! I was having a lot of trouble with powdered eye shadow (all brands) getting into my eye and causing a lot of discomfort. I finally found this and it solves the problem wonderfully. Not only that, but it looks nice, applies and blends easily with fingertip, and no more creasing which was a surprise. I have already purchased another color.
After seeing SO MANY pop ups for Thrive Cosmetics cream eye shadow sticks I went in search of an affordable option. Enter L'Oreal. I now have three of their beautiful colors and love the ease with which they go on! A simple swipe and gorgeous color that WON'T crease in my eyelid and I'm ready to go for the day! As a side bonus they feel extremely cool when you apply it so it's very soothing first thing in the morning. One note: this purple is much darker than it looks like it might be, so it's great for a smoky eye or for adding depth to a lighter color.
I've only tried this in Celestial Taupe, but I absolutely love it. :D It looks beautiful as a liner under the eyes (that's how I've worn it). Not too dark or garish at all. Not too warm or too cool, it's perfectly neutral, with a slight shimmer. (My skin tone is fair/light neutral olive leaning slightly warm).
These eyeshadow sticks from L'Oreal are great. I bought 5 in. Neutral shades. I have blond hair, light skin and blue eyes. I can blend them easily with a brush or my fingertips, they have a nice amount of pigment, and they stay on well when e.l.f. matte putty primer is applied to my eyelid. You can create many different looks with four or five shades and they will all look great.
Glides on smoothly but doesn't blend well and the color is almost invisible. It should be called “nude”. Price, so-so. I have another one in a darker shade leaning towards taupe. Better color, glides on ok but seems to dry too quickly to blend well. Overall I like it.
I bought several of these in different colors. Super easy to use. It goes on smooth and feels cold once it touches your eyelid. I tried as an eyeliner and it burnt the heck out of eyes so not recommended for that reason. It's made for eyes for eyes so why does it burn??? Otherwise love the colors and last all day.
Not for seniors No I would not recommend as it shimmery and causes attention to your crepy eyelids. . If you're young and eyelids aren't wrinkled or crepey, I think it will look nice as it did on my daughter. Positives, it is creamy , very spreadable and that's nice . Price is reasonable I thought at Walmart when I purchased .
Let me start out by saying I love this color love the way it goes on and blends but within seconds of putting it on, my eyes start stinging so bad that I can barely see. They start to tear up and they're just burning. Even the light hurts them. Also the skin on my eyelids and the surrounding area feels rough and is irritated. I am so disappointed because I really love the color. Or this to church yesterday and could not get home soon enough to wash my face. Even flooding my eyes with eye drops didn't make the stinging go away. Beware, I have never had an issue with any make up before.
This shadow stick gave me an allergic reaction, my lids got red and irritated and made my eyes water and burn. I did love the color but I can't wear it. I actually ordered two different colors but it turned out to be a waste. This is the first time I get this kind of reaction with a shadow stick, even the cheap ones didn't cause any irritation.
