L'Oreal Paris Sulfate Free Moisture Conditioner, Squeeze Tube, 8.5 fl oz

Hands-down, this is my favorite shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair soft. It takes out the tangles. It blows out nice it smells really good. My hair was falling out and I started using this and it seemed to stop the hair for falling out.

I am a big fan of this shampoo. However the past two times the tube has separated at the seam and I lost half of the container of product. I haven't bought one since. It's too expensive to lose so much.

I have used L'Oreal EverPure for years but have always purchased the tube. I have short hair that does not require conditioner but I have found with this bottle I have to use some conditioner. On the bottom of the bottle it's marked 01/06. So I don't know if it's that old of what. Also, the pump was extremely hard to get open.

Product showed up damaged due to hardly any packing material. Couldn't get a replacement unless I sent these back. Too much of a hassle to fix. Love the product otherwise. Wish they sold this size in stores.

I have used L'Oréal Shampoo for years and have never had any problems. I currently use EverPure Moisture Shampoo for Color treated Hair. For the last several months this shampoo has made my scalp itch really badly.

I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for at least 10 years or more why did the formula change all of a sudden. It leaves my hair feeling dried out not mosturized. And their both runny.

When I opened the package that the shampoo %26 conditioner came in, I thought it was odd the conditioner was in shrink wrap, as well as in a plastic bag. When I went to use it, there was a crack in the bottle. So, they sent it, even though they knew it was damaged!

I've used the Everpure shampoo and conditioner moisturizing formula for colored hair since it appeared on the market. Recently I purchased a two pack with both shampoo and conditioner. Upon opening the shampoo, I immediately experienced a change; it was watery and smelled different than the formula I was used to. The conditioner was the same; thinner and poor smell. Why would you change a great formula? I thought it was a fake product at first, but then read the other reviews reiterating my thoughts about this product. If you changed it for profit reasons, that's not going to work because you've lost a long time customer and many others from what I can see.

I used your EverPure Rosemary Volume Shampoo for years and absolutely loved it and how it managed my fine hair. But your recent change of formula leaves my hair more limp, without as much body and makes the blow dry less manageable than ever before. I had to return it to the store, as I was very disappointed in it. Whenever I find a product that is really exceptional, and for some reason you decide to change the product quality, sadly to to a lower bar, that just doesn't work for me. You have lost a customer...

Nee Vegan Formula: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have sensitive skin, used the original formula at least 12 years. My scalp never itched, I received compliments on texture and scent of my hair, including every time at the hair stylist. I used new Vegan formula a total 2 times (every other day), and scalp is crusty, itchy, just like with every cheap shampoo I stopped using 12+ years ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wasted hard-earned money with last purchase.
