The hair color was too old and the picture on it was so faded like it sat in the store forever

This product let me down. I trust L'Oréal for high quality high performance products but this one fell way short. The color didn't take or cover my grey roots. It was awkward to use and faded to a light red from a medium brown in a week. I had to buy another box of hair color to make myself presentable to the public. Very disappointed and costly. I'm a senior citizen and 2 boxes of hair color was not in my budget.

This shade of hair color is not at all like what is in the box. For one, you have to mix the first part, which strips your hair of its color. So you have a terrible blonde red orange color. Then you add this co co color and it doesn't really color your hair. It washes out in one shampoo and your are left with a dried out mess. I have to recolor. Don't buy this.

This kit has forever ruined boxed hair dye for me. My hair has never been so orange, like a villain in a Batman movie. I'll probably be spending $$$ at a salon to fix.
