L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Original Washable Mascara, Black Brown

This is the first review I have written for Mascara because I have never found one I actually love. I am an older gal and have tried too many Mascaras to count and this is by far the BEST! First, the design of the mascara container is comfortable in your hand. It will also stand on the counter and not fall over. The wand itself it stunning! I say wand because it is not a brush like many traditional mascaras-maybe thats why this works so well. It works perfectly to have just the right amount of product on it and goes on smoothly without clumps-I will say that again-WITHOUT CLUMPING!!! I know-surprising right??? Not only does it go on smoothly and without clumps it stays on and does not come off until I take it off-on purpose! The wand is small enough to get to all my tiny end lashes and makes my lashes look big-which makes my eyes look wide open and makes my whole face look better. I have tried so many "recommended" brands on all the youtube/tictoc channels and they were all crap no matter what price point-until now. I have gone so far as to remove all other mascaras from my drawer and will finally, after all these years, be done looking for the right mascara because I have finally found it!

I’ve used this mascara for years and years. So long I can’t remember. It makes the lashes look so long and full!! One of my most favorite mascaras. And you can’t beat the price! The wand has just the right about of flexibility and bend to work perfectly with your lashes. It separation the lashes relatively well too. The brush itself is one of my favorites. The bristles are just the right size. I typically get blackest black. The color is dark and pigmented.

I have been using this excellent product for 17 years. It does not cause clumps, does not smear and makes your lashes look longer. May not have as much volume as others, but not having the clumps and smearing are more important to me! Worth your purchase!

im not a fan of the mascara wand, but love this mascara. its a decent formula, it didnt leave my eyelashes crunchy. it applied nicely and washes off easy. the tube is shaped like a telescope and is cute. it definitely made my lashes look long and full. pro tip girlies!! use organic castor oil (i use sky organics i believe) twice a day after washing your face to promote healthy, full, long lashes. use castor oil and let it "dry" before applying mascara and it will apply easier.

To me it's the best when it says what it means I have purchased this product for a very long time and I will continue to purchase this product even though the price keeps going up. I still keep purchasing this product. It definitely gets thumbs up if I had more hands, I'd give it more thumbs up.

This mascara is a true waterproof. I have sweat wearing it without leaving behind flakes or smears. It has a very skinny brush which I love because it makes it easier to apply near the base of the lashes. The best part is how the lightweight formula separates the lashes so they do not look fake. My new go to and looking forward to a brown version for fall!

Lashes for days!!! I bought this product when I forgot my normal mascara at home while stuck out of town. It is amazing! In a single coat, it elongates my lashes. I wouldn’t say it adds a ton of volume, but there is some added volume there due to the nature of mascara. It doesn’t clump. I feel like that might be what the young girls are going for… But as an old person, it is sleek and sophisticated. It has staying power for sure! It stays put through my long 12 hour shifts and then some. It doesn’t smudge. I’m glad I bought this and it will be my new staple. Would recommend.

I liked the narrow brush , it was firm and was easy to control the amount of mascara onto my lashes , it was great for brushing lashes without always adding more product . I liked the control of the wand and the ability to control the amount of product .

i was so excited to try this mascara, but once was enough. it takes forever to dry, so it smudged everywhere. Also, the least bit of water, and it runs. it was hot and humid the day i tried it, and my eyes tend to water it was a though it reactivated with the humidity. i don't recommend this mascara

Not sure why people are rating this as a 5 star mascara. It barely deserves even 1 star. The lash applier on the wand is tiny and barely holds any mascara, so when you put it on, it barely changes the lashes at all. My lashes looked like super thin spider webs. There's NO volume whatsoever and it doesn't provide any curl or lift. I'm convinced the 5 star reviews are FAKE and were probably reimbursed in some form. There's no way that so many people like this mascara.... Unless they've just never tried anything better. I used it twice then threw away the whole bottle. What a waste. NEVER AGAIN! Buyer beware.... Don't waste your money!!
