This is my all time favorite eye liner! It is super easy to apply and smooth. I like the pointed tip so I can apply it as thin or as thick as I want.

this is my favorite eyeliner. it recently has stopped selling in stores, so i hope it's not been discontinued! please bring it back Loreal! no other eyeliner does it like this one!!

The cat eye is something that has been apart of my make-up routine since I was 17 (I'm now 25). To say the least, I've perfected it and had been looking for a special product to deliver exactly what I was looking for to make my daily liner application nice and easy: - Glides on smoothly, easily, and PRECISELY! (Precision is important. I'm a perfectionist and I hate a messy, sloppy cat eye). Color is very black, rich, and bold. - The point on the pen is velvety soft felt (softest I've EVER experienced), and it releases just enough liquid during application so you don't have to "press down harder" for a bolder line or go back to re-trace. It also doesn't run. I recommend this product to those who are a bit more experienced with the cat eye look. - When it dries, the finish has a satin/matte look! (I HATE SHINY GLOSSY EYELINER - they reflect off of the light and look oily and wet when dry! Ew. Beware of camera flashes too. They will have your eyes looking crazy.) - I use light powder for foundation only because my skin is clear of blemishes, but powder absorbs liquids :( . . . . . This liner doesn't get absorbed by powder foundation. Weird, but great formula!!!! Thanks again! :) - Lasted a long time before it ran out. Not sure why, because I wore it daily! - The shape of the pen is cool and unique, easy to hold and makes for an even easier application believe it or not. I also love the little cheetah print design on the pen. Let's you know it was made ESPECIALLY for the Cat Eye Queens out there like myself. - Comes off easily and effortlessly with soap and warm water, or make up removing wipes. I use baby wipes (they're cheapest and do the same job), however the liquid doesn't run and lasts all day. Again, great formula! -The price is more than affordable. If you find it in stores, buy 2. There is only 1 flaw - I never saw this product again in ANY store. All sold out. Everywhere. I even checked in another state when I visited. Nothing. I mean it had been months. I very truly and honestly believed that it was discontinued (because of course right? It was perfect and that is just my luck). But then amazon happened. There's no stopping me now. I will continue buying this product as long as it is made and if they ever threaten to discontinue it, I will buy enough to last me until I die. I hope this review helps. Again, to each it's own. I know there are other Cat Eye Queens out there like myself who will appreciate this review. I hope this helps someone out there. Toodles!

I have been using this liner for years. I have been trying several different new liners that just can not compare at all. PLEASE PLEASE don't discontinue!!

It's very nice

I have been using this liner for years. The felt tip makes application easy, and you can adjust the thickness of the line to your liking. It will dry out if the lid is not capped on, and I do find that the ink runs out quickly with daily application (hence the 4-star). However, as far as liquid liners go - this gets it done and with ease (for reference ... I have been shamelessly applying on the train ride commute to work and never mess up!). I hope it isn't discontinued as I haven't been able to find it in the Toronto area, recently... I feel lost!

I love L'Oréal eyeliners, they're pigmented, very black, and make it easy to do a cat eye look. However this eyeliner came out black and made the perfect winged liner look but within minutes transferred to my under eye area and gave me the dreaded panda eye look. Tried to make it work with a primer and setting it with powder but it still transfers :(

I just got this and tried it, although I really like the design of the applicatior, the formula for the liner is terrible. The packaging states that this liner is "All day wear, smudge resistant" it is NOT. With in fifteen minutes of applying this new liner, it smudged all around my eye and even into my eye, it didn't stay on my lids but rather melted around my eyes. Sorry not a good liner.

The eyeliner applied well, but smudged very quickly. It was also very difficult to remove afterwards. It just ended up smudging all over my face. I had to clean my face 3 times before the majority was off. Unfortunately, I will be throwing it out after the first use.
