L'Oreal Paris Voluminous X Fiber Washable Mascara, Blackest Black

WHY WHY WHY was this discontinued?? I've used this for nearly 10 years, religiously. I've tried nearly all mascaras and none even come close to this one. Please, begging, bring this back. To discontinue was a horrible decision and women are literally angry about this. Please reconsider and bring this back, even just for sale online.

Please bring this back, discontinuation was a poor business move. This product is so good and has a substantial amount of users who clearly want this back. Please reconsider.

Was the best Mascara ever pleeeeaaaasse bring it back, I had to order 4 from Germany and then they got lost by the post. I am devastated. I hate when companies get rid of their best products.

The double extend X FIBER was the best mascara I've ever had and I've been working in cosmetics since 2010, so I tried a lot over the years… My heart is still braking over it …. PLEASE BRING IT BACK !!!

I love this product, but found out a few months ago that it's being discontinued!! I switched over this this product about 4 years ago, I used to use SuperStar with the white primer. But the white primer shows through the black mascara. I was pleasantly surprised to find Voluminous X Fiber has a BLACK primer!! It just makes sense! Please please please bring this back!!

So upset it's discontinued. I have tried every other product available by this company and others. Nothing compares. My self confidence is at an all time low as my eyelashes were all I felt I had. Recommend this to so many friends after they see my lashes. Now what L'Oréal….now what? I REFUSE to buy or recommend any of your products in fear they may one day be discontinued. You've disappointed a lot of people and you should seriously consider your decision in discounting this mascara. Extremely disappointing.

This has been my go to mascara for years. I am so disappointed it has been discontinued. Please bring it back!!

I love wearing mascara and found this one to be an overall good choice. The double-ended wand was novel because one end provides a primer which thickens the lashes with a bit of tint, while the second end coats the lashes in mascara. Overall, this mascara definitely lengthened my lashes, thickened them, and the black colour was rich and attractive. The reason I didn't give this product a 5-star rating was because I found it to be a bit clumpy, which may have been a result of putting on two separate coats (one from each wand), or the mascara itself may be a bit thick and prone to clumping. Loved the darkness of the black colour and definitely noticed thicker lashes after applying it.

This is a 2 step mascara that proves fiber technology is just as effective as falsies! Step 1 is a thick black primer that preps lashes, step 2 is a cream fiber mascara that gives lashes extra length and fullness. I usually find that fiber mascaras have a lot of fallout, resulting in little black fibers under my eyes, so I was a little skeptical trying this one out. Lucky me, I experienced no fallout while wearing the mascara the last few weeks! For a drugstore mascara, I was really impressed with this! All day wear, easy to wash off, and they did give that extra oomph to my lashes. I received this product complimentary from Loreal Paris & GlamSense/TopBox for review/testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.

The primer and mascara are alright. It's definitely not the best I've ever used. I found the mascara to be lengthening, which was great. There was a not a lot of volume added to the lashes, but not a lot. That's not that great considering the mascara claims to add volume. Two things that I did notice that happened consistently through use (I used it over 10 times) is: 1. It flaked right after putting it on. 2. On the inner corner of my right eye, the mascara would stick my lashes together when I blinked. Not overly sticky, but it was annoying. I tried applying it less on the inner corners and it would still happen. This has never happened to me with any other mascara.
