I had very high expectations for the L'Oreal Professionnel Serie Expert Absolut Repair Conditioner (Protein Gold Quinoa), but unfortunately this was one of the worst conditioners I have ever tried. Instead of repairing or nourishing my hair, it actually dried it out and made it feel damaged. I expected it to be amazing, at least on the level of the conditioner that comes with L'Oreal Preference hair color, but it was nowhere close. This felt far below the quality I would expect from a L'Oreal product, not even comparable to the cheapest drugstore conditioners. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend it, and I am left wondering whether the product I received was authentic.
