two side by side are easy going tall not so much
such a strong shelf. very easy to put the first part together. adding the third and fourth shelves was difficult.

"The product is flimsy, BUT does the job its advertised to do. I ordered qty of 5 of the same part (shelf set). All instructions are the same however there were parts missing from 4 of the 5 boxes. And these parts are not listed on the instructions OR shown in the assembly instruction. I sent an e mail to CS dept at Hirsh Industries because when I call to get assistance the automated attendednt said due to high call volumes my call could NOT be answered to sent an e mail to ""[email protected] for assistance

Design flaw when going vertical
These were super difficult to assemble vertically. It needs a built in lock on the top, not a "key" like what is provided. Not sturdy at all vertically. I finally made it work, but it was not easy.
