Size was exactly as specified. I mounted 5 of them, outside mount, very easy. The mounting screws that came with the blinds were usable, though I will change them to a little longer length to securely bite into the window header, the blinds will get a lot of use. They look nice. I have the light filtering and they let in enough light when closed. I would recommend them and planning to buy a few more.
These blinds are easy to install and looks good on French door windows. The hardest part of the job is getting your measurements right the first time. So do your homework before you buy.
This was by far the easiest blinds I've ever installed. Very nice high quality material.
Easy to install, looks good, blocks sun when needed.
i love it 😀
This blind does not have the traditional type brackets that go on each end; rather, they attach midway across the window with. The blind at first appears to be a little difficult to figure out, but it is truly worth doing because of the quality and the beautiful appearance. And added bonus is that there are no strings hanging down, but that one pushes it and pulls it down for use.
Nothing fancy about it. Operation is easy, pull the bar up or down to raise and lower it. Turn the wand to rotate the slats. Pretty standard. I did knock it two stars for installation and one overall because the cheap sheet steel hooks they use aren't very intuitive to snap the header into. And a big thing to watch out for is making sure you are installing the header the right way not flipped so the wand hook isn't accessible. Unclipping the header to turn it 180 causes the cheap hooks go scratch and gouge the painted finish on the header that is visible. Remember to look and align it correctly the first time.
Pros: 1. very good on the sliding up and down, it glides so easy. Cons: 1. see the bottom or the blinds when closed. It doesn't close all the way. you can see outside. 2. I can't believe the price . The last time I bought these they did NOT COST 60.00. These are way too cheaply made to cost this price.. 3. Directions , well we all know how those can be, and they didn't disappoint. Make sure to have tools just to get these out of the box. every single piece of cardboard was taped in every single corner , side entrance and exit. like fort knocks
Loved the design, but quality was not good. Had previous blind for over 30 years ,from Walmart. This blind up 2 days and slats were broken . ( yes the cat did it)
The blinds are so fragile that they arrived broken in two! I can only imagine how they would hold up over time. They were even sent double boxed! (see second picture) There just isn't any excuse...
