I think you'd have to really cook the heck out of these tortellinis to make them mushy! I've used them several times and whether I cooked them as recommended, or accidentally let them go 5 minutes too long, they seem to be the perfect al dente! Very tasty, as well!

Taste as if you're in Italy!
Louisa pasta is excellent, I've been eating it for years,. The pork and beef, four cheese and toasted raviolis are all very good. It cooks pretty quick as long as the water is boiling enough. It's good in any sauce, marinara, alfredo or meat sauce. It's a family owned business that's been making pasta for over 50 years.
