I love this stuff!
Anyone who loves etouffee would enjoy this! It makes a quick and delicious meal. Since we don't have access to crawfish we just use shrimp and we added cream of shrimp condensed soup with an additional can of water plus chopped green peppers that we sauteed in butter at the beginning. Enjoy!

If you are looking for a quick wonderful meal this is it. Just add shrimp and serve over rice and you can't go wrong.

Great Creole Etouffe
The best and easiest way to make creole etouffe. I only give it a four because what I received is now called base, it has more sodium than when it was called mix. Although the picture shows mix, what I received was base.
