NOLA girl here. This seasoning is awesome and not stuffed with salt or MSG like other trinity seasoning brands . Tastes like peppers, onion and celery. It will be a staple in my kitchen .

so great tobfind an all in 1 no more mixing myself
very unique flavor great combo all in one, its very harf to find dry much less powered bell pepper. for yrs I have been mixing onion powder, celery salt %26 seed, dry bell pepper , %26 garlic in a blender hated the added salt now can skip that. the Trinity is great now need to make the Holy Trinity with adding garlic, one version without 1 with would be fabulous...

This seasoning makes you want to holler!!!!
Oh My Word!!!!! this seasoning taste Sooooo good. I use it along with other seasonings on my steak. I used it when I cooked my stewed hen. I used it in my Camellia red beans. This is a great product. I sent my girlfriend this seasoning in Houston Tx. as a gift so she could try it. I even told the manager at Albertson "You got to get some" because the taste is contagious. Make you want to add a splash to your dog's dry food. Thank you for developing this New Orleans Flavor.
