I like to switch up my probiotics and was happy with another from this brand so thought I'd give it a try, loved it! No ill symptoms of any nature and may or may not have felt a little extra joy and pep while taking it... who knows, will try it again.

I added a probiotic to the regular supplements I take daily a few years ago. It makes a big difference in not just my digestion but my overall health. So many of our systems have their foundations in our gut, including our immune system & our hormonal balances. This is Excellent product, clean ingredients and great quality!

there is nothing bad I can about this product. the service is fantastic. I ordered online, and they came quite quickly, considering I am in the UK. the packaging is fantastic, very much protected. the capsule is easy to swallow and does not get stuck or leave a bitter taste in your mouth. now the best bit. since my partner and i started taking this capsule, we both feel fantastic he suffers from ibs, and his stomach has not been half as bad. His stomach cramps have almost gone, no more spending hours on the toilet. for me, I suffer with constipation. Well, I did before, but no longer. the best part of it is that we are both in very pleasant moods, we feel more full of energy, and my house is sparkling clean. The dogs legs have been walked off. over all I give this product 5 stars only because I can't give more. 5 stars for delivery. 5 stars for the quality. 5 stars for the supplement. 10 stars for the effect on our bodies.

It wasn't as effective as other brands I tried. I heard the effectiveness of probiotics could vary depending on the person so it might work better for some people, but just not me!
