There was nothing to dislike but everything to love about this bag. I purchased 2 one for my daughter and myself, we used these for our carry on during our cruise which came in handy because we but our drinks into the bag so we wouldn't have to carry them around and what we would need for a one night hotel stay so that we wouldn't have to move our luggage this bag had just the right pockets and packing cubes for everything that we needed and made everything easily accessible.

Absolutely love this bag. purchased 2 one for my daughter and for myself. We used these as carry-on for our cruise and they were perfect the right amount of pockets and the packing cubes were equally amazing.

I would highly recommend this backpack! It has lots of compartments to use and fits under the seat on a flight. Very well made at a reasonable price!

Have only used it once, but it was put thru a rugged test over 7 days and three countries for work. Perfect size for personal item on several flights and different airlines. Laptop was secure and unharmed. Lots of room for extras. The material, zippers, stitching, handles, buckles, and padding are surprisingly sturdy! The suitcase-style opening of the main compartment is great and allows you to completely maximize your storage. The cinch straps on the sides were also helpful. This backpack was HEAVYYYYY on the way home, but all stitching held during that 20 hours of travel and the padded straps were more than sufficient and pretty comfortable. The chest buckle was appreciated, as well. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I'll be taking it on my next flight.

I got my package in a very timely fashion. No smells from factory or shipping process. Came with a large packing cube, a medium wet/dry toiletry bag and a shoe bag. Lots of pockets for storage. The straps are comfortable when worn. You'll be surprised at how much this backpack can hold. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with this purchase 😃😃

i ordered this right before a week long medical trip to anchorage, alaska. my travel day was over 12 hours, this bag is very comfortable and very durable. i was iffy that it came in the mail folded in half because i've had bad experiences with bags shipped like that, but i had no problems. while i was waiting for my flight, i spilt a bottled drink and it got on the front of my bag, the liquid beaded up and didn't soak into the fabric. i was pleasantly surprised. pros: shipped fast, thick luggage strap, side handle, chest strap to distribute weight, actually waterproof, lightweight, great padding, nice zippers, comes with a matching packing cube and makeup bag cons: nothing

This backpack is great!! It's so spacious and I love all the roomy compartments. It fits my 15.6" laptop, all my chargers, toiletries and the mesh clothing cube holds more than one change of clothes. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I was disappointed that the side water bottle pocket doesn't hold my HydraPeak :/.

The description showed "removable" straps, (actually bottom unhooks and straps tuck into pocket.) But the one I received was sewn down instead of with hooks as shown. That was a feature I was looking for so I was disappointed - I don't always want the straps flapping around when I'm carrying it. Other than that it was just what I wanted. The straps are nicely padded. Chest strap helps support weight. It's roomy, looks nice and coordinates well with my carry on roller. Extra pieces are nice. I'll keep it and tuck the straps in as much as I can when not using them, but don't appreciate bait and switch.
