This is a great set for the value! I prefer HDPE for my outdoor furniture as it holds up really well in the heat/sun and lasts a long time. The only downfall imo is definitely the weight. HDPE is heavy and this set was no exception—you will most likely need help moving the boxes. The set came with 4 boxes with 2 chairs each in them and the table in a separate box. The table was super easy to put together. The frame and legs of the table are black coated aluminum and the boards across the top are HDPE. The chairs are solid HDPE. I averaged about an hour per chair for putting it together (more time-consuming than difficult), but the table took maybe 20 minutes. Everything is labeled with stickers. The mechanism to slide the table out to flip up the leaf is pretty cool. It will be nice to be able to have some extra room when we have people over and reduce the size when it's just us. There are buttons on the underside of the table (one on each side) to lock the top from sliding out when you don't want it to. The only thing to be aware of is that the umbrella hole is in the leaf. If you want to put an umbrella on it, the table must be in the extended position. Both the chairs and the table came with all the tools you need to put them together as well.

love love love love!!!! so this does arrive in seperate orders which had me panicking because i knew obviously there would be several boxes but assumed the same delivery date. i got 3 boxes which were 6 chairs and was sooooo excited i put them together immediately. our area had bad weather so shipping was delayed for the other part of the order, only by a day and it was like christmas day when i got home and seen the rest arrived. super super easy to put together. each chair took less than 10 minutes each. once you get one chair down its so easy that the rest were a breeze. and the table was even easier!!! i will say, set it up close to where you want to put it though because it is heavy which is exactly what you want! the chairs are so strudy too. they have a wood look but theyre that thick plastic. my fiance is a bigger guy and super picky with his chairs, he said it wasnt bad at all super comfortable however im still going to add some cushions to the bottom as i just know they will get hot in the summer heat with our patio being direct sun. does not come with an umbrella but does have a hole for one when its extended to the large table. love love love.

I received this is 3 days which is crazy fast. It is easy to assemble but i do recommend if you want it to go faster use your own tools. The chairs are very comfortable especially for a shorter individual. Im 5'3 and i set at the table comfortably, i dont feel like im setting too low at the table. The table glides easily and the extender flips up so smooth and fast its so easy to do. i absolutely love this set i have no complaints at all. I did put this together in my house at night after work, cause of weather,so the pictures are inside my house, cant wait to set it all up outside with the remaining chairs.

All I have to say is wow! very nice and very pretty. there were eight chairs total to put together and so I recommend a power tool while doing this. it does come with tools but it will take you way way longer if you do it by hand. the composite is extremely nice. my husband said and he said it should hold up extremely well throughout the years!! the color is a nice black and it pairs well with my black umbrella. the composite is very nice. very solid! and it is priced right. it's actually cheaper than what I've seen at big box stores like Menards and other places like that. I definitely recommend this. it's really nice quality and I absolutely love that it's expandable!!!!

This 9-piece expandable patio set is wonderful.The table is solid and expands easily, giving plenty of space for guests. The 8 chairs are really comfortable, lightweight, and can handle outdoor weather well. Assembly takes a little time, but it's easy to put together and everything feels sturdy and high-quality. It looks great in my backyard and is perfect for both everyday use and hosting friends. Definitely worth the price.
