For a basic record player, this is a nice option. When it comes to the overall quality of the unit, the materials used are cheaper. The speakers won't surprise you will their quality, but it's enough to play in a smaller space such as a bedroom (which is what I'm using it for). The whole unit is very lightweight (easy transport). I've had the unit for about a week now, and I've greatly enjoyed my experience!
Good for what you're paying. I upgraded to this one from a suitcase player, and it is much better. I had several records that skipped with my suitcase player that play fine on this one. It isn't as high quality as more expensive brands, but it's a good option for beginners
