Lot of sound and easy to use
I loved the light gray marble look. The speakers have more sound than I expected. I feel like it is "delicate" in the needle arm area. But I am very happy with it.

Disappointed
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my adult daughter, so it was just opened on Christmas day. Nice product, but the power cord is missing, I do not see anywhere to contact you about this oversight. So i'm hoping you will send us a power cord so we can actually play this record player. I do not want to return it, but we definitely need a cord, or I will have to return this product. Thank you.

Poor quality purchase with No return ability
The speakers were not loud or clear at all. It is no better than a "child's first record player" from the 1970s. I've been unable to return it as well. I took it to a retail store and I was told that I have to deal with the seller. After sending two messages, I have received no response.
