Protein bank
I love the fact that I can het so much protein in 2 tbsp. It is great for me saying I just had major surgery 2 days ago and can't eat as I'm on a liquid diet.

Bad taste
This is aweful. I purchased based on reviews. Beware, says it can be taken alone or mixed in water. I tried alone and bad choice, tried with water and taste is not good both ways.
