LOVE this protein!
My favorite, easy, very tasty go to for quick shot of protein. I also use it in my teas, yogurt, baking! It has really helped me pack in protein after having gastric sleeve surgery and put on muscle, and has helped with recovery after workouts! I get one every 2 or so weeks.

Liquid protein in small amount of liquid.
The bottle of LPS Whey and collagen protein is quite easy to use. It's very convenient to get 15gm of protein in 30ml. If a person cannot tolerate a larger amount of fluids, this is exactly what they need. Very fruity flavored, not dairy or milky.

flavor doesn't match
The taste was absolutely too sweet. I didn't expect to be so hard to digest I mean drink but if you like that flavor I guess it's great it's probably a good bargain
