Strongly recommend
I use this in every oil change in my 2005 Yukon. I have ran it since around 100,000 when I developed a small lifter tick. Now it is close 318,000 with no lifter tick to speak of.

worked for me
Put in at oil change in in 2001 jeep 4cly motor. After 200 miles tappet noise greatly reduced. For something you put in during oil change happy with results. Would reccomend.
