[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator several weeks ago and so far we are very satisfied. We weren't sure we wanted a freezer on the bottom, but compared to our old side by side this new fridge is cavernous. We are very pleased.

We had to buy a new refrigerator four days before thanksgiving because the 14 year old refrigerator went haywire and died. We had LG products before and were very happy with them. Once we got over the frustration of using the app everything went fine. I appreciate the two ice makers and the size variety including crushed ice. The top is huge and reminds me of the old style boxes of old that hold so much and where everything is visible on every shelf. A big factor is that it fits perfectly where the old fridge was. That's very important in a 25 year old house like ours. There is no room for renovation to fit a larger refrigerator in the space. The freezer is equally as easy to find things and the size is great for our house. After having this refrigerator for three weeks now we realized how bad the old one was and how much it had gradually lost its operational efficiency. We're very pleased with everything about this new refrigerator and its 26 cubic feet of combined storage space. The ThinQ app is very handy and will do much more than simply remind you to change the water filter when the time comes. Overall the purchase was a little more than we would have chosen to spend at the holiday season but we have no regrets because we have a good comfort level with LG products from the microwave to numerous televisions and small appliances over the past years.

With limited options we did quite a bit of research and found that this appliance was both the best fit AND had the best features available at a wonderful price! We love it!

Love the dual icemaker the door icemaker is great for day to day but the second ice maker means you can handle a fairly large group or fill a small cooler..

It looks modern, fits nicely with a counter-depth design, and still has plenty of interior space. The fridge runs quietly with consistent cooling. Overall, it's a great combination of style, performance, and everyday convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking, nice features however there is little ability to a djust the shelves in the refrigerator to fit grogeries. I'm used to features such as adjustable shelves and a dairy area for butter on the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Features easy to use. App works well with frig. Just wish it would stop asking to connect to Bluetooth every time you open it. Also the door alarm goes off to early. Would be nice if you could adjust it like 1 min 2 min or 3 mins. I spend more time closing the door to shut the alarm off then reopen it to get out what I want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were doing a complete upgrade of all our appliances (cooktop, wall ovens and fridge), and wanted a counter-depth, French door model with in-door ice and water; very few other requirements. Reviews led us to LG's products, and we impressed at the fit, finish and value, so we went with a "suite" of the items we needed. Since installation, we have been exceedingly pleased with our choices. The fridge has an amazing amount of usable space and a very impressive in-door ice maker/dispenser, although the latter could stand to have a bit more ice storage. That is overcome by turning on the ice bin maker when there is a need for higher quantity. The dual freezer compartments are also very spacious, despite being housed in a single (spacious) lower drawer. The stainless is also very fingerprint-proof, despite our grandkids' best attempts to smudge it. Although it is odd to get a text from your fridge when the door is left open too long (a feature you can turn off), the built-in wi-fi sets up up quickly with a very (overly?) feature-rich app. Quiet, spacious, well-designed and nicely streamlined, this appears to be a great refrigerator.

This item had to be retuned. Arrived with debits on both doors and drawers. Replaced doors and drawers and then the indoor ice maker that was in one of the drawers did not work. Water came out but not ice. I replaced with Bosch which is great, although much pricier. Would never buy LG again. Impossible to get serviced, based on my personal experience.
